Caring & Friendly: Flight attendants must greet passengers as they board the aircraft and direct them to their seats, assisting as needed

Responsible: Flight attendant is responsible to help passengers in the event of an emergency, performing first aid, directing evacuation, answer questions about the flight, attend to passengers with special needs.

FLIGHT attendant Julie Reynolds has worked on British Airways since 1977 – when she was just 18 years and four days – and was the youngest flight attendant in BA history.

CAROLE ELIZABETH MIDDLETON Mother of Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, was previously a flight attendant before turning into a businesswoman. Carole worked for British Airways where she met her husband Michael Francis Middleton.
