Activity Description:

Build! Build! Build!

Kids participate in a variety of construction projects and follow construction plans and instructions from the site Engineer.

 

Activity Duration:
20  Minutes

Engineers like to make decisions and try out ideas on their own. They prefer jobs where they can plan their work with little supervision

 

Skills:

  • Gross Motor Skills: This involves the kids’ ability to develop physical skills to complete a task in a simulated construction site by building a craft out of blocks.
  • Cognitive Development: Enhance the mental capability of a child by applying their creativity as they are asked to build a craft set in a certain time.
  • Speech and Language Skills: Develop the ability to communicate and comprehend properly among the group to finish their task.

 

Did You Know?

Beit al-Sadu is Kuwait's earliest house built of cement and concrete in the year 1929. Since 1979, it houses an exhibition on the art of Bedouin weaving.
